Gerland and Jessica in Groton, CT, were faced with a hole that abruptly appeared in their bedroom ceiling. With an 18-year-old roof that had undergone patchwork repairs, they decided it was time for a fresh start and contacted Klaus Larsen Roofing for a roof replacement.

The process began with the removal of the old shingles to inspect the underlying structure. Our skilled crew replaced any damaged plywood, ensuring a solid foundation for the new roof installation. We then applied Ice & Water barrier protection to safeguard against leaks, particularly at the edges and any roof penetrations. Following that, we installed high-quality roof underlayment, which prevents leaks and adds an extra layer of defense. Finally, we topped it off with IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Granite Black, providing their home with a sleek, modern appearance.

Now, their new roof not only enhances the curb appeal but also offers reliable protection against leaks for many years to come, eliminating the need for any more patchwork repairs. With this complete roof replacement, Gerland and Jessica can enjoy a worry-free roofing experience for years to come! The Klaus Roofing Way!
