We installed fresh plywood where needed, sealed the deck with SealoronXT Deck Tape, and added SealoronXT Ice & Water, along with VeloraONE Roof Underlayment for long-term leak protection. This home got a Klaus Signature Roof upgrade! After stripping the existing roof and replacing the rotted plywood decking, we installed the premier Klaus Sealoron XT Ice & Water shield and Velora ONE Synthetic Underlayment to protect the home from outside moisture. For asphalt shingles, we used only the best - IKO Dynasty in the color Glacier. This house in Woodstock CT was in need of a new roof. To start the process we tore off and disposed of one layer of existing roofing material, and replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We installed 2 rows of ice & water near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed IKO Cambridge Shingles in the color Dual Brown. We installed a brand new ridge vent to ensure consistent attic ventilation. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. The roof on this lovely colonial home in North Woodstock, CT had seen better days and was in need of a roof replacement. We took on this project and began by tearing away and disposing of one layer of existing roofing material. After inspecting the roof decking for damage, we found 3 plywood decking sheets that needed to be replaced. With the new decking sheets in position, we then layed down two layers of Ice & Water Barrier to protect the house from rain, sleet, and snow. For additional water resistance, Synthetic Underlayment was adhered to the roof's surface in the spots that were not covered by the Ice & Water Barrier. When it came to the shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System, using Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Harvard Slate colorway. To finish the job, we installed a ridge vent and replaced the chimney flashing as well as the vent pipe boot. This colonial home is good as new thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
