Paul in Sterling, CT, reached out after taking ownership of his father’s home and wanting to make sure the roof was in good condition moving forward. The attic access was limited, with an opening that had been created previously for an engineer to inspect the space, and there was an expectation that some of the roof decking would need attention.
Our crew completed a full roof replacement, starting by removing the old materials and evaluating the condition of the structure underneath. As anticipated, any compromised plywood was replaced to ensure a solid base before installing the new system.
The project was finished with IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Glacier, giving the home a clean, refreshed look along with a reliable roof built to last for years to come.

Alison in Westerly, RI, reached out after dealing with a persistent leak around her chimney. Even though both the chimney and roof had been replaced within the last 10 years, water had been getting in around that area for some time. After inspecting the roof, our team determined the issue was coming from the flashing around the chimney, which needed to be replaced along with the surrounding shingles.
Our crew carefully removed the shingles around the chimney to expose the flashing and address the source of the leak. We installed new flashing to properly seal the chimney connection and prevent water from getting underneath the roofing materials. Once the area was secured, we installed new GAF shingles in the color Pewter Grey to blend seamlessly with the rest of the roof. With the flashing repaired and the shingles replaced, Alison’s chimney area is now properly sealed and protected from future leaks

Mike in Pascoag, RI, needed a new roof after his old one began showing signs of age. Our crew started by removing the worn-out shingles and inspecting the decking underneath. We applied SealoronXT Deck Tape between the plywood seams to create a breathable, watertight seal, followed by VeloraONE Roof Underlayment across the main roof area to prevent leaks. Around the edges and vulnerable areas, we used SealoronXT Ice & Water for extra protection. Finally, we installed IKO Dynasty shingles in Summit Grey, a durable shingle with a 130 mph wind rating, giving Mike’s home both a clean new look and long-term protection.
