This single family home in Enfield, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced 2 damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then covered the entire roof deck with two rows of Tribuilt ice & water barrier to protect the interior from the outside elements. For the asphalt shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Grey. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
This beautiful one-family home in Enfield, CT was due for a roof replacement and Klaus Larsen was able to provide just that! To start this project, we began by tearing away all the existing roofing materials. We evaluated the condition of the roof decking and we located 3 damaged sheets of plywood decking that we then replaced. To weather-proof the home, we installed two rows of IKO Storm Shield Ice & Water Barrier, as well as a synthetic underlayment to provide additional protection from water. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using IKO Dynasty shingles in the Castle Grey colorway. A ridge vent was installed to maintain consistent attic ventilation. To finish this job, we replaced the removed and replaced the existing chimney flashing and vent pipe boot. This home was made complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

Jill in Enfield, CT had a roof that was over 10 years old and showing signs of age. She reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing for a full roof replacement to protect her home before any serious issues could arise. We installed IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Frostone Grey, giving the house a fresh, clean look. The before and after is a huge difference, and now Jill has a roofing system built to last.
Some jobs have unexpected obstacles, like on this house in Portland. Upon removing the old roof, we found a gaping hole in the original construction. This required a full underlying structure rebuild to make it all one plane. With a foundation now providing support underneath, the finished roof turned out fantastic and much sturdier. We understand that every roof is different, and at Klaus Larsen we are always willing to adapt to unforeseen issues.
