At this Colonial-style home built in the 1960s, we completely tore off the existing roof and replaced it with a brand new Klaus Roofing System. Once we stripped off the old shingles and roofing material we replaced any damaged plywood decking and laid down Ice & Water Shield to protect the home from outside moisture. Next, we installed ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment-a durable tear-resistant material engineered to repel water and to adhere to the roofing surface. To top it off, we installed a VentSure Ridge Vent to provide consistent attic ventilation and replaced the chimney flashing with new lead flashing.
