This required a full underlying structure rebuild to make it all one plane. With a foundation now providing support underneath, the finished roof turned out fantastic and much sturdier. This project entailed the tear off and recycling of one layer of shingles, followed by the installation of a roofing system. The underlayment we use is completely resistant to tear, and provides an extremely water tight seal. We are very proud of this job!
