Rick in Portland, CT, reached out to us after a heavy rainstorm revealed a leak in his roof. Once our team inspected the home, it was clear the roof had weakened over time and needed a full replacement to stop the leaking and prevent the problem from spreading. We removed the snow and the old shingles and checked the entire deck for soft or damaged plywood, replacing any sections that were no longer solid. After the structure was secured, we installed a complete Klaus Larsen Roofing system with SealoronXT Ice & Water, VeloraONE Underlayment, and SealoronXT Deck Tape to keep the home protected. The project was finished with IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black, giving both the house and attached garage a clean, durable roofing system that will hold up during future storms.

This was a 2 story Colonial with attached 3 car garage. Both Vent Boots and a Skylight Flashing Kit were incorporated into this roof. Disposal only consisted of one layer of shingles. We installed the traditional three rows of Ice & Water shield in all eaves and valleys. Another customary part of each job is providing a trailer to haul away all old roofing and job related debris. We even provide a portable toilet for the crew to use during the entire duration of the project!

Here was a colonial style house in South Windsor, CT that was in need of a total roof replacement. The ventilation system here was in good shape and was working properly, so we only needed to make some slight alterations at the dormer ridge vent near the garage.

To prevent any future moisture penetration, we installed Ice & Water Weatherlock Flex to the back of the house and eaves. There was a small chimney that we re-flashed, and the finished shingles were Duration Brownwood.
