The Klaus Larsen team set out to Milldale to complete a roof replacement in Milldale, CT. After tearing up the old plywood decking, new decking was installed. Three rows of Owens Corning Weatherlock G Ice & Water Shield was installed, along with white aluminum drip edge/rake near the outside perimeter of the roof. Owens Corning Duration TruDefinition shingles, in the color of Estate Gray, gave this home an elegant finish!

This single-family home was in need of a roof replacement. To start, we tore off one layer of existing roofing material and replaced 10 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. We also installed a synthetic underlayment to repel water. The shingles installed are onxy black. Lastly, we finished the job by replacing the fascia trim with new Kleer composite trim boards. This house is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
