At this late 1960's home in Madison, CT we replaced the roof and replaced the flashing along the chimney with new lead flashing. We then laid down ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment. This durable, tear-resistant material is engineered to repel water and to adhere to the roofing surface. To ensure proper ventilation to the attic we put in a new VentSure Ridge Vent. These homeowners can now face winter worry-free. 

This single-family home in Madison, CT was in need of a new roof and sought Klaus Larsen Roofing to take care of the job! We started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing 3 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys as well as new gray asphalt shingles. Lastly, we removed all existing chimney flashing and replaced it with brand new lead flashing. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
