This single-family home in Broad Book, CT was in need of a new roof and gutters. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials, we removed and replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. In accordance with the new building codes, we sealed all joints on the roof deck with flashing tape and installed two rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Beachwood. In terms of gutters, we installed brand new 6-inch Seamless Gutters by Englert. We finished the job by installing a brand new Lomanco 750 slanted style attic vent in the color Black. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
This was a beautiful home in South Glastonbury that we paired with a top notch roof. Here we used a Slatestone Gray shingle.

Paul in South Glastonbury, CT, reached out when it was time to update the roof on his main home. After our inspection, we recommended a full replacement to make sure the house stayed protected through future storms and seasonal weather. Our crew began by removing the aging shingles and checking the decking for any weak or damaged areas that needed attention. Once the surface was solid, we installed our SealoronXT Ice & Water along the eaves and other vulnerable spots, followed by VeloraONE Underlayment across the rest of the roof to create a dependable barrier. With the base fully secured, we finished the project with IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black, giving Paul’s home a sharp new look and a strong roofing system built to last.
