I thought I reviewed before, but it looks like I forgot to. Anyway, my husband & I highly recommend Klaus Larsen. During a wind & rainstorm, the gutter in the backside of our house pulled out & twisted, hanging down. We were afraid that it might hit a window if another heavy wind came about and knew that it was beyond repair. We called a few roofing companies to come out to give us estimates. The other companies either never called us back or schedule a date and time to come out but never showed up! From the moment I called Klaus Larsen Roofing, everyone was very responsive and great to work with. The sales rep called 15 minutes prior to our set appointment to say that he was on his way. The office sends you a photo of the sales rep, so you know who to expect at the door! He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions & was not high pressure at all. On the day that our gutter replacement was scheduled, there was a lot of snow on the ground, and it was only 19 degrees outside. I called the company & asked if they wanted to reschedule because it was so cold out & I didn't want the workers to freeze. I was told that they'd be fine & they would go ahead in the freezing cold and do the job as promised. They came out on time & replaced our gutters & downspout. They thoroughly cleaned up everything. Great company & great job! Pricing was good too. Not the cheapest, but you do get what you pay for. I highly recommend them!

This is a thank you letter to Matheno Bey (sales consultant) and Mark Kochiss (project manager). I had my neighbor talk to you because I’m hearing impaired and with the mask, I couldn’t read lips. You both took the time to explain step-by-step what was being done. Matheno, thank you for showing the person on my behalf the pictures and dealing with the insurance company. I’m still having a hard time with them. The person who talked to you on my behalf isn’t here. He won’t be around till September.Mark, the same goes for you. You also understood my condition and did the same as Matheno which meant a-lot. If only more people were like the both of you to show respect toward the elderly, and help as much as you can. Be proud of yourselves.

Came out and gave an estimate that was competitive (April 2019). Showed up and installed on time and on budget. Nearly a year later (March 2020) I emailed them on a weekend about a minor repair, Lawrence sent me a reply on SUNDAY!!? that they would be out to repair tomorrow. Monday 7 am got an email from Audrey that the repair crew could stop before 930am, they arrived 9 am, the issue was repaired BY 9:30 am. Pretty amazin'!

Jeremy was very professional and provided me with all the information necessary to schedule the job. he explained the process and answered all my questions. The technician, Peter, did a great job removing and installing new flashing and replacing and installing new shingles around the chimney. Good attitude. He did a neat and clean job. Thank you.

Roofing crew arrived on time and set to work immediately. Each roofer worked in harmony with the others. Fabio excellently communicated to us progress being made on the roof as he kept a professional eye on the work. No minute of the day went unused. Diligence, professionalism and efficiency are hallmarks of the Larsen team. All work areas were very well cleaned and tidied. Ours is a large roof - 40 squares- and the job was superbly completed in one day. We are extremely pleased with our beautiful new roof. Tom Thompson promised a superb job and the crew delivered. Very professional and straightforward. They charged exactly what they estimated, and discounted my bill for materials that they did not use.

Excellent Roofers, they went above and beyond replacing our roof and they always answered every time I called with a question. Workers were very kind and professional. We are very happy we called Klaus Larson! I recommended them to a friend of mine she used them and was very satisfied as well. I love that they have homes in the area you can look at for roofing color selections! Do not go anywhere else. On the plus side, they give back to our veterans helping them out.
