Roof Replacement in Bozrah, CT

This home in Bozrah, CT, was overdue for a roof replacement, with moss growing across the shingles and dark streaks tarnishing the appearance. The homeowners knew it was time for a change, and that's where Klaus Larsen Roofing came in to help. We began the process by removing the old, moss-covered shingles, ensuring the roof was properly prepped for its transformation. Once the old materials were cleared away, our team inspected the plywood decking for any signs of damage or rot. After replacing any compromised boards, we applied protective underlayment to shield the decking from water damage and harsh weather conditions. With a solid foundation in place, it was time to install the new shingles, giving this home the protection it deserves and a fresh look that boosts curb appeal. The IKO Dynasty shingles give this home a stunning new look, that will last this homeowner years to come. The Klaus Roofing Way!
