Roof Replacement in Pomfret, CT

Doris owns this home in Pomfret, CT that had a roof at 35 years of age! With aged and weathered asphalt shingles, she knew it was time to call for help. Knowing her roof needed to be upgraded with the best materials and craftsmanship, she reached out to us at Klaus Larsen Roofing. A sales inspector gave Doris a visit and worked with her to decide what was next for her home. In the before photo, the shingles were covered in dark streaks and buildup around the chimney flashing. Doris decided on a full roof replacement, where we could strip off all the old roofing material and install a Klaus Roofing system. After replacing any damaged boards, we applied the SealoronXT Deck Tape and Ice & Water over the plywood, giving this chimney a study flashing that will last for years to come. The after photo highlights the chimney on this home after the replacement. This home looks brand new with clean, IKO shingles in the color Brownstone! Doris is now set with a roof that will leave her worry-free for years to come. The Klaus Roofing Way!
