Roof Replacement in Bozrah, CT

Brett in Bozrah, CT, had a 20-year-old asphalt shingle roof that was showing clear signs of wear. The before photo shows heavy sun damage on the south side and visible staining from years of exposure. Our inspection also found that several sheets of plywood in the attic had molded due to bathroom vents releasing moisture through the soffit instead of venting outside. We replaced about four sheets of plywood to remove all traces of mold and ensure a solid foundation for the new roof.

The after photo shows the full transformation. A clean, finished look with IKO Dynasty shingles in Summit Gray. Beneath the surface, the roof is sealed with SealoronXT Deck Tape, SealoronXT Ice & Water, and VeloraONE Roof Underlayment for lasting leak protection. This full roof replacement not only improved the look of Brett’s home but also ensured the attic stays dry and healthy for years to come. The Klaus Roofing Way!
