Roof Replacement in Marblehead, MA

Kevin in Marblehead, MA, reached out after deciding it was time to replace his roof. During the inspection, we walked through the condition of the existing roofing system and explained what would be needed to properly protect the home moving forward. Once the old shingles were removed, our crew inspected the plywood and replaced any areas that needed attention before building the new system. We installed SealoronXT Deck Tape to seal the seams of the roof deck, followed by SealoronXT Ice & Water in the vulnerable areas to protect against leaks. The rest of the roof was covered with Velora One Underlayment to create a strong, water-resistant barrier. After the roof was fully prepped, we completed the installation with IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Glacier. The finished roof gave Kevin’s home a clean, updated look and a dependable roofing system built to last.
