Roof Replacement in Hanover, MA

John in Hanover, MA, reached out to us after dealing with ongoing roof issues and a persistent leak near the chimney. His home had newer asphalt shingles that were about 30 years old. After years of making small repairs himself, it became clear that the roof system as a whole was no longer working. After a full inspection, we recommended a complete roof replacement to eliminate the leak issues and create a strong roofing system across the entire home. Our team removed the existing roofing materials down to the original wood deck and rebuilt the roof properly from the base up. We addressed problem areas around the chimney with new flashing and replaced three pipe boots to ensure all roof penetrations were fully sealed. As part of the project, we also removed and replaced two skylights with new Velus Skylight units to prevent future leaks and improve natural light inside the home. The roof was finished with IKO Dynasty shingles in Matte Black, giving the home a clean, modern look while providing strong, long-term protection.

By moving forward with a full roof replacement instead of continued patchwork repairs, John now has a reliable roofing system designed to protect his home and eliminate the leak concerns for years to come. The Klaus Roofing Way!
