Roof Replacement in Broad Brook, CT

Jerry in Broad Brook, CT reached out after dealing with multiple leaks showing up on his ceilings. We had previously completed a boot vent repair for Jerry back in 2021, but with the roof now around 20 years old, it was clear the system as a whole was starting to fail. After a full inspection, the best long-term solution was a complete roof replacement. Our team removed the aging shingles and rebuilt the roof with a fresh system, finishing it with IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Drift Shake for a clean, updated look. Along with the new roof, we also installed attic insulation to help regulate temperature and reduce moisture buildup, which plays a big role in preventing future issues.

With the leaks fully addressed and the home now better insulated, Jerry has a strong, reliable roofing system in place built to last, all done The Klaus Roofing Way.
