Roof Replacement in Coventry, RI

Roy in Coventry, RI, reached out looking to move quickly on a roofing project after concerns developed around the back side of his garage roof. He wanted to make sure the home was properly protected and took a very detailed approach throughout the process, asking thoughtful questions and wanting to fully understand how the system would be installed.

After reviewing the roof, our team moved forward with a full roof replacement to give the home a completely updated system built for long-term durability. As part of the project, we also built a custom cricket behind the chimney to help improve water flow and prevent water from collecting in that area during heavy rain and snow.

The new roofing system included SealoronXT Ice & Water Shield in vulnerable sections of the roof, VeloraONE Roof Underlayment across the decking, and SealoronXT Deck Tape to help protect the plywood seams from moisture intrusion.

To finish the project, Roy selected IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black, giving the home a sharp, updated appearance while adding strong protection against the elements.

With the new roof fully installed, Roy now has peace of mind knowing the home is protected with a complete roofing system designed to perform well for years to come.
