Roof Replacement in Barrington, RI

Don in Barrington, RI, decided it was time to replace the roof on his main home after the existing system had protected the house for nearly 40 years. Even without major leaks or visible failures, decades of exposure to coastal weather, changing temperatures, and seasonal storms had taken a toll on the roof over time. Rather than wait for problems to appear, Don chose to proactively invest in a full roof replacement to keep the home protected and looking its best.

Our crew removed the aging roofing materials and installed a new roofing system using SealoronXT Ice & Water Shield in vulnerable areas, VeloraONE Roof Underlayment across the roof deck, and SealoronXT Deck Tape along the plywood seams for added moisture protection beneath the shingles.

To finish the project, Don selected IKO Dynasty shingles in Cornerstone, giving the home a fresh, updated appearance while maintaining a timeless look that fits the property perfectly.

The transformation gave the home a noticeably cleaner and more modern appearance, while also providing the peace of mind that comes with a brand new roofing system built for long-term durability. The Klaus Roofing Way!
