Roof & Gutter Guard Installment in Middletown, CT

This single-family home in Middletown, CT was in need of a new roof and gutter guards. To start, we tore off 1 layer of existing roofing materials, and 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Duration Trudefinition Shingles in the color Onyx Black. In terms of Gutter Guards, we installed the MicroGuard Gutter Guards by Englert on all existing gutters. We finished by installing the Copper Cat Algae Terminator on the front roof, to prevent the growth of algae, moss, and mold on the roofing materials.
