Raised Ranch Roof Replacement in South Windsor, CT

This single family home in South Windsor, CT was in need of a new roof. After removing one layer of existing roofing materials, we replaced 4 rotted sheets of plywood decking. We then installed two rows of Tribuilt Ice & Water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Brown. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
