Challenge
The homeowners called Klaus Larsen because two skylights were leaking in the family room of the home. The roof of this colonial home in West Simsbury, CT was 15 years old before the Klaus Larsen crew repaired it.
Solution
After tearing off the existing roofing materials, the damaged plywood decking was replaced. Owens Corning Weatherlock Flex Ice & Water Barrier was installed on the entire roof deck. New Velux M08 Fixed Deck Mounted FS Skylights were installed. Owens Corning Duration TruDefinition shingles, in the color of Onyx Black, were used.
