Customer Service Representative

Klaus Larsen LLC is looking for a highly motivated and positive individuals to serve on our team of Customer Service Representatives. This individual must possess: strong organizational, customer service and time management skills; high attention to and accuracy in detail; basic to proficient computer skills; the ability to troubleshoot; and excellent verbal communication skills. This individual must also be highly comfortable speaking with our current and prospective customers on the phone, both for inbound informational/troubleshooting calls, and outbound sales calls to schedule sales appointments or annual maintenance appointments.

Purpose of Job:  To handle incoming calls, emails and other lead sources to schedule sales appointments, service appointments and assist with customer service requests; generating sales leads that develop into new customers and assisting existing customers by identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.  Provide clerical support to the office staff.    Some evening and weekend hours required.

Duties Include:

·       Answer phones, relay messages, enter new prospects into company systems and effectively handle all customer service requests

·       Make appointments & set up prospects for the sales and service teams. 

·       Maintain company calendars. 

·       Create and maintain detailed and accurate customer/job records in company systems. 

·       Contact future, present, and past customers via phone and/or email in order to determine overall interest of prospective customers, setting appointments for the sales team or updating customer records with reason(s) for not moving forward. 

·       Coordinating Service & Warranty appointments for existing customers keeping all customer records accurately updated

·       Communicate and work with all departments.

·       Assist with day-to-day running of the office. 

·       Other related duties as delegated by the Customer Service Center Manager. 

 Experience and Skills:

·       High school diploma or equivalent

·       1 year office work experience: answering phones, computer work, filing, organizing, etc.

·       Strong customer service skills; caring and professional when dealing with customers

·       Effective verbal/written communication; strong organizational, accuracy & interpersonal skills 

·       Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and deal with sensitive issues in diplomatic manner 

·       Able to perform project duties from initiation to completion 

·       Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet project deadlines; adapt to changing situations

 

·       Able to work effectively in an environment of changing priorities and goals
