Roof Replacement with Copper Flashing in Glastonbury, CT
On this tudor style home in Glastonbury, CT we encountered a steep, twenty nine year old roof with several leaks. After tear off, we replaced the rotted plywood panels and rafters. The entire shed Dormer deck was then covered with a protective layer of Ice & Water shield. This project was unique in how we removed and replaced all of the chimney flashing with copper instead of lead. We also installed copper flashing in the dormer valleys above the garage. The shingles you see here are Owens Corning Tru Def Duration Brownwood.
