After noticing a leak during the winter months, Edward scheduled a professional roof inspection for his home in Manchester, CT to determine whether a repair would solve the problem or if it was time for a full replacement. Our team completed a full roof replacement, removing the aging roofing materials and installing a brand-new roofing system across the entire home. By replacing the roof rather than continuing with temporary repairs, the homeowner gained lasting protection and peace of mind.

To complement the home's exterior, Edward selected IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Cornerstone. The neutral architectural shingle color gave the home a refreshed appearance while providing the durability needed to withstand Connecticut's changing weather throughout the year.

This beautiful one family home in Manchester, CT was in need of a roof replacement and we were able to help! We started off by tearing away two layers of existing roofing materials and disposing of them properly. There were 2 damaged plywood decking sheets that were found upon inspection. We replaced the decking sheets and then proceeded to lay down 2 rows of Ice & Water Barrier to protect the home from the elements. A layer of Synthetic Underlayment was placed on the areas of decking without the barrier to help repel water. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using Dynasty Architectural Shingles in the Granite Black colorway. We put the finishing touches on this job by replacing the chimney flashing and a new exhaust vent hood. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
