Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

On installation day, our crew stripped the old roofing down to the deck and checked the plywood for any moldy or weakened sections. After removing the bad pieces, we sealed the entire deck with SealoronXT Deck Tape to protect the seams. We installed SealoronXT Ice & Water in the vulnerable areas and used Velora One Underlayment across the rest of the roof to create a dry, protected surface before the shingles went on. Once everything was prepared, we finished the job with IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black, giving the home a clean, updated look and long-lasting protection. We recently installed a brand new roof on a beautiful home in Tolland, CT. 

Due to it's age, this home in Essex, CT needed a new roof. We started this job by tearing away one layer of existing roofing material and disposing of it properly. We then inspected the roof deck and discovered 3 damaged sheets of plywood decking which we replaced. Next, we installed two rows of TriBuilt Ice & Water Barrier as well as a Synthetic Underlayment to better protect the home from the elements. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Charcoal Grey colorway. To finish up the job, we installed a new chimney flashing and vent pipe boot. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
