We installed IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black for a clean, modern look and added new Velux skylights to bring natural light into the kitchen. Every detail was carefully handled to make sure the roof not only performs well but also enhances the home’s overall appearance. A home in Tolland, CT was in need of a roof replacement after having missing shingles due to storm damage.  

This single family home in Tolland, Connecticut was in need of some work on their roof. After further inspection, a specialist at Klaus Larsen Roofing decided they were in need of a roof replacement. We started the job by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 3 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. Next came the new teak shingles and ridge vent tprovide top-notch attic ventilation. We concluded the job by removing and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

We recently installed a brand new roof on a beautiful home in Tolland, CT. 

Due to it's age, this home in Essex, CT needed a new roof. We started this job by tearing away one layer of existing roofing material and disposing of it properly. We then inspected the roof deck and discovered 3 damaged sheets of plywood decking which we replaced. Next, we installed two rows of TriBuilt Ice & Water Barrier as well as a Synthetic Underlayment to better protect the home from the elements. For shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Charcoal Grey colorway. To finish up the job, we installed a new chimney flashing and vent pipe boot. This home is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
