Stanley from Unionville, CT, owns a charming yellow home that had a 25-year-old asphalt shingle roof. Over time, a few shingles went missing, and leaks started forming around the chimney. Leaks like these are often a sign of issues with the chimney flashing. If flashing isn’t installed correctly, gaps can allow water to seep in between the shingles and the chimney, causing these problems.
At Klaus Larsen Roofing, every crew member is thoroughly trained in the proper installation of our high-quality products. Stanley chose us because we guarantee not only the best materials but also exceptional workmanship. With our 50-year warranty, this will be the last roof he’ll ever need to put on his home. The Klaus Roofing Way!
