Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

Klaus Larsen traveled to Connecticut's quiet corner to repair and replace this Columbia roof. Cambridge Charcoal Gray shingles were installed to compliment the bold, red paint of this house. Aesthetics are never ignored!  

Here we had a charming lake house on Columbia Lake. The view made this job quite a treat.  

Klaus Larsen installed 5” Aluminum Seamless Gutters & Down Spouts. These types of gutters are built in one piece, specifically to inhibit any leaks from cracks or seams.

This Columbia, CT home had some leaking coming from the rear section of the roof. For this project we began with new plywood, followed by a layer of ProArmorShield Synthetic Underlayment, and finished with a layer of Duration shingles. The 'after' photo was taken on an afternoon with 40+ mph winds, and these shingles aren't budging a bit.

This was a Cape style house with an additional two-car garage. The roof was 18 years old, with two layers that were removed and carefully disposed of. In addition to installing ventilation within the roof, we also added a ridge vent to the garage.
