This cape-style home in Willington was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials, we replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking and re-secured all decking as needed. We then installed two rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Earthtone Cedar. After installing a new ridge vent to keep consistent attic ventilation, we finished the job by removing and replacing the chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

We also used ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment, which is a durable, tear-resistant material engineered to repel water and to adhere t the roofing surface. This home also had an existing skylight, which we replaced with a new Veluz Fixed Deck Mount Skylight. In addition, we also removed and installed new 5" Aluminum Seamless Gutters.
