Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This single family home was in need of a roof replacement. To start, we removed one layer of existing roofing material and replaced five sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black. We finished the job by replacing all existing flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This small one family home in Lebanon, CT had a gable roof that was in need of a replacement due to age. To start this job, we tore off and disposed of one layer of existing roofing material. We found and replaced 5 damaged sheets of plywood roof decking, and followed this up by applying two layers of Ice & Water Barrier. For additional weather protection, a layer of Synthetic Underlayment was applied to the areas of the decking that were not covered by Ice & Water Barrier.
