Lisa’s home in Swansea, MA was ready for some roofing attention. While the steep slope of her roof still had original cedar shake shingles, she decided it was time to tackle the rest of the mossy, aging roof with a partial replacement. Our crew carefully removed the aging shingles on the other sections and inspected the deck underneath. We installed SealoronXT Deck Tape on the plywood seams, followed by SealoronXT Ice & Water Shield in all vulnerable areas. Then came the VeloraONE Roof Underlayment for full protection across the roof deck. To finish it off, we installed IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Driftshake, which complemented the home beautifully. Lisa’s roof is now ready for the seasons ahead. The Klaus Roofing Way!

Mary in Hyde Park, MA, reached out after experiencing wind damage to her one-story home that led to multiple roofing issues. She was dealing with cracked and missing shingles, visible water staining, and an active leak, along with damage around the chimney area.
