Our crew removed the worn-out shingles and replaced damaged plywood boards to give the roof a solid base. We sealed the deck with SealoronXT Deck Tape, applied SealoronXT Ice & Water Shield on all eves and valleys, and protected the rest with VeloraONE Roof Underlayment. The final layer was IKO Dynasty shingles in Granite Black, giving her home a fresh new look.  At this 1963 colonial style home in East Hartford, Connecticut, we completely stripped and installed a brand new Klaus Larsen roofing system. We started the process by removing & replacing two layers of existing roofing material and five layers of damaged plywood decking. Next we installed three rows of Ice & Water Barrier near roof valleys, eaves, chimneys, etc. For shingles, we installed shingles in the color Brownwood. These shingles included an Algae-Resistance Limited Warranty as well as a 130 MPH Wind Resistance Warranty. Finally, we removed and replaced flashing on the chimney with new lead flashing. This home looks better than ever with its new Klaus Larsen roof installment!

This small one-family home in East Windsor, CT was in need of a new roof. We started this project by tearing away all of the existing roofing materials.
