Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This colonial style home in East Hampton, CT was in need of a roof replacement. We started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing material and replacing 3 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of Ice & Water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Gray. Lastly, we removed and replaced the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now safe & secure thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This Cape style home in East Hampton, CT was in need of a new roof. We started by tearing off and disposing of one layer of asphalt shingles & replacing 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We installed SealoronXT Deck Tape between each plywood seam, followed by SealoronXT Ice & Water Shield in vulnerable areas, and VeloraONE Roof Underlayment across the roof deck. To protect the interior of the home from any outside moisture we laid down three rows of Ice & Water Shield. For shingles, we installed Onyx Black. This home also had a lot of pre-existing skylights that needed to be replaced and reflashed. To top-it-off, we removed and replaced the old chimney flashing with new lead flashing.
