Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This 1978 Gambrel-style home had its original cedar shake roof that was in need of being replaced. To begin, Klaus Larsen Roofing tore off one layer of Cedar Shake Roofing and installed new plywood decking over the existing framing. Next, we installed three layers of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. For shingles, we installed Duration TruDefinition Shingles in the color Amber. These shingles included a 10-year Algae-Resistance Limited Warranty as well as a 130 MPH Wind Resistance Limited Warranty. Lastly, we installed 3 brand new Velux FS Skylights. This attractive home is now complete with its new Klaus Larsen Roofing installation!

This Cape-style home in Hebron, CT was in need of a new roof. To start, we tore off and replaced all existing roofing materials including 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of Ice & Water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. in order to prevent leaking. This single family home in Hebron, CT was in need of a new roof after the long winter. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced 4 sheets of damaged plywood decking. A home in Centerbook, CT was in need of a roof repair due to a leaking skylight. The crew replaced the skylight and repaired the shingles around it.
