Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This single-family home located directly on the lake in Andover, CT was in need of a new roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced 5 damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys, etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Shingles in the color Driftwood. We then installed a Ridge Vent to provide top-notch consistent attic ventilation. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This lake house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This charming cape cod style home was suffering from a leaking roof. This home which was built in the 1950s had old-style single tabbed shingles which are known for leaking. To fix the issues the homeowner was having, we completely stripped the old roof. We first replaced any damaged plywood decking to ensure the structure of the roof and new shingles. To top it off, we installed a VentSure Ridge Vent to provide top-notch attic ventilation. 

At this dutch colonial style home located in Tolland, CT we completely tore off the existing roof and installed a new roofing system. After we stripped the existing shingles and hauled them to the Asphalt Roof Recycling Center in Stratford, CT we replaced 2 sheets of damaged plywood decking. To finish this roof off, we removed and replaced all of the lead chimney flashing to ensure that no water can come through the chimney to the interior of the home. This roof comes with a 50-year warranty so the homeowner can go through the rainy months ahead, worry free! 

This beautiful home located in Tolland, CT was having leaking issues with their roof and was in desperate need of a new one. After we stripped the old shingles and roofing material we discovered that 10 sheets of the plywood decking were rotted out from water damage and needed to be replaced.
