Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This raised ranch in Lebanon, Connecticut was in need of a roof replacement. After tearing off all the existing roofing materials, we replaced all damaged or rotted sheets of plywood decking. In accordance with the new building codes, we sealed all rood deck joints with flashing tape. We then installed 2 rows of an ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Grey. Lastly, we removed the existing vent pipe boot & replaced it with a brand new Perma-Boot. This house is now safe and secure, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This small one family home in Lebanon, CT had a gable roof that was in need of a replacement due to age. To start this job, we tore off and disposed of one layer of existing roofing material. We found and replaced 5 damaged sheets of plywood roof decking, and followed this up by applying two layers of Ice & Water Barrier. For additional weather protection, a layer of Synthetic Underlayment was applied to the areas of the decking that were not covered by Ice & Water Barrier. Here was a home in Mansfield Center that we roofed along with an accompanying stand alone garage. Ice & water shield was installed on the dormer with revamped lead flashing on the chimney.

This home in Mansfield had a roof that was old and curling at the edges. When we replaced the roof, the owners wanted the gutters replaced with new gutter guards. The entire roof was torn off and replaced on the same day. We then installed Aluminum Seamless gutter and LeafRelief gutter guards.
