Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

Brian T reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing, he purchased his home about a year ago and it needed a roof replacement. He had seen our vehicles driving around and gave us a call. His roof was over 20 years old and wanted to take care of it before any problems arose. 

This one car garage in North Windham, CT was in need of a roof replacement and we did just that. We began by tearing off one layer of existing roofing material and disposing of them properly. Upon inspection, there were 3 damaged sheets of plywood decking that were removed and replaced. Two layers of Ice & Water Barrier were put in place as well as a layer of Synthetic Underlayment to protect this garage from rain and snow. We then installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System using Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the Dual Grey colorway. This garage is new again thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
