For this project in North Windham, CT we tore off two layers to be recycled, and carefully took down a satellite dish. All rotted plywood was replaced, as well as the swan board decking. A water repellent underlayment was installed with three rows of Ice & Water shield, to inhibit any water from getting in under the shingles. For ventilation, Smart Vent eave vents were added along the eaves and garage of the house.
