Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

After giving our free estimate, we elected to install a new Roofing System, complete with ventilation, aluminum seamless gutters and a new Velux skylight.

This large home with a hipped style roof had two active leaks in their house. The owners, after looking at their options, decided to have the entire roof replaced.

This ranch style home located in Southington, CT just got a complete roof makeover! To start, we stripped the existing roofing materials and replaced any damaged plywood decking. We then laid down  Ice & Water Shield and ProArmour Synthetic Underlayment to adhere to the roofing surface and repel any outside moisture. For shingles, we installed architectural-style asphalt shingles in the color Slatestone Gray. To top it off we put in Ventsure Ridge Vents to provide top-notch consistent attic ventilation which is pertinent to keep mold out of the attic. 

Walter in Southington, CT, reached out to us about his 25-year-old roof that had visible discoloration and signs of a possible minor leak. Wanting to address the issue before the fall, he decided it was the right time for a full roof replacement. Our crew removed the old shingles, inspected the decking for any hidden damage, and applied SealoronXT Deck Tape, SealoronXT Ice & Water, and VeloraONE Roof Underlayment for maximum leak protection. We completed the job with IKO Dynasty shingles in Frostone Grey, giving Walter’s modular home a clean, updated look and reliable protection for years to come.
