Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This modern 1990s colonial style home needed a new full roof replacement. We first stripped the entire old roof and hauled the old shingles to a recycling plant to be made into asphalt roads. There was ample damaged plywood decking that needed replacing as well as re-securing with ring-shank plywood nails. Then, we installed Started Shingles along the entire outside perimeter of the roof. This home also had a large chimney on the side of the house which needed new lead flashing.

Here was an elegant Colonial located in Farmington, CT. The roof was over twenty years old, and the issues it had were beyond simple repair. As a part of this homeowner's full roofing system, we installed a Solar Fan, skylight flashing and all new vents to keep air moving throughout the interior of the home as well as the attic area.

At this home located in Farmington, CT we completely replaced the old roof. We first tore off the layer of existing roofing materials and replaced any damaged plywood decking. To ensure complete moisture protection we laid down ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment, a durable tear-resistant material engineered to repel water and adhere to the roofing surface.

This two-story, Cape Cod home located in Farmington, CT had significant ice dam issues that developed over the upstairs bedrooms causing a small leak inside the home. To fix this problem and prevent further damage to the home we completely stripped off the existing shingles over the rear house and garage, where the problem occurred. We replaced any damaged plywood decking to make sure the structure of the roof was solid. This homeowner will no longer have to worry about the devastating damage of ice dams this coming winter.
