We applied SealoronXT Deck Tape between the plywood seams to create a breathable, watertight seal, followed by VeloraONE Roof Underlayment across the main roof area to prevent leaks. Around the edges and vulnerable areas, we used SealoronXT Ice & Water for extra protection. Finally, we installed IKO Dynasty shingles in Summit Grey, a durable shingle with a 130 mph wind rating, giving Mike’s home both a clean new look and long-term protection.
