Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This single-family home in Avon, CT was in need of a new roof. We started the job by tearing off and replacing two layers of existing roofing material including 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed the Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Weatherwood. We then removed and replaced the chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing on both the house and the garage. We finished the job by removing the existing vent pipe boots and replacing them with brand new Perma-Boots in the color black.

After installing 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all valleys and eaves of the roof, we installed purpose-made starter shingles on the outside perimeter of the entire roof. We installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black. we finished the job by installing a ridge vent to the roof, to ensure consistent attic ventilation.
