Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

He reached out to Klaus Larsen Roofing looking for a lasting solution, and we got to work with a full roof replacement. Our team installed SealoronXT Deck Tape between the plywood seams, followed by a full layer of VeloraONE Roof Underlayment and SealoronXT Ice & Water along the eaves, valleys, and other key areas. We finished the job with IKO Dynasty shingles in the color Brownstone, a durable shingle built to withstand strong winds and harsh weather. Now, Sudeep has a roof that not only protects his home but also gives it a fresh, clean look.

This single family home in Farmington, CT was in need of a new roof. To start, we removed 2 layers of existing roofing materials and replaced 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. In accordance with the new building code requirements, we taped all roof deck joints with 4-inch flashing tape & installed 3 rows of ice & water barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys and gray shingles. Lastly, we removed and replaced the current chimney flashing with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This home in Farmington was in need of a roof replacement on both their home & their barn. To start, we tore off one layer of roofing material and replaced 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black on the barn and GAF Timberline Architectural Shingles on the house in the color Weatherwood. Lastly, we installed purpose-made Hip & Ridge Shingles on all ridges and hips of the roof. This house & barn are now looking better than ever, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!
