Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

The owners of this beautiful, single family home in Farmington, CT contacted Klaus Larsen due to leaking caused by ice dams that formed. Built in 1987, the roof was beginning to show signs of it's age, along with moss and mold collecting. After the Klaus Larsen team tore off one layer of existing roofing materials, the damaged plywood was removed and replaced. Three rows of G Ice & Water was installed, along with the ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment. The existing chimney flashing was removed and replaced with new, lead flashing. We installed architectural-style asphalt shingles in the color of Estate Gray, were used to complete the new roof!

This beautiful home in Farmington, Connecticut was built in 1996 and now needs to replace its existing roof. We started the process by removing and replacing one layer of existing roofing materials and 5 sheets of damaged plywood decking. We went on to install 3 layers of Ice & Water barrier near roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed the color Estate Gray. The shingles include a 10-year Algae-Resistance Limited Warranty as well as a 130 MPH Wind Resistance Limited Warranty. To provide top-notch attic ventilation we installed aVentSure Ridge Vent. Lastly, we replaced the old gutters with 5-inch Aluminum Seamless Gutters by Englert, in the color Hi-Gloss White.This attractive property is now complete with its new Klaus Larsen roof installment!
