At this 1930s Colonial-style home located in West Hartford, CT it got a brand new Klaus Larsen roofing system. We first stripped off the existing roofing materials and replaced 4 sheets of plywood decking that had water damage. To ensure that no moisture is able to pass through to the interior of the home, we laid down Ice & Water Shield. For shingles, we installed architectural-style asphalt shingles Shingles in the color Slatestone Gray.
