This attractive single-family home was in desperate need of a roof replacement. We started by tearing off 1 layer of existing roofing materials, as well as replacing the entire roof's decking with brand new plywood. Next we installed 3 rows of Ice & Water Shield near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. For shingles we installed the Duration TruDefinition Shingle in the color Desert Tan. In effort to provide top-notch roof ventilation, we installed a Ridge Vent with a Weather Protector moisture barrier. Lastly, we removed and installed 5" aluminum seamless gutters in the color white.
