For this roof replacement in Hartford, CT we completely stripped and replaced this detached garage roof. We first replaced any damaged plywood decking. On top of that, we installed ProArmor Synthetic Underlayment which is a durable, tear-resistant material engineered to repel water and adhere to the roofing surface.

Celebrating the 65th anniversary this year, the St. George Armenian Church in Hartford, CT is a very beautiful building. The Klaus Larsen team had the pleasure of replacing the roof on this historic building. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials, rotted or damaged plywood decking was replaced. Three rows ofIce & Water shield was installed, along with Underlayment designed to repel water and adhere to the roof's surface. Brown aluminum drip edge/rake flashing was installed along the perimeter of the roof. The existing chimney flashing was replaced with new lead flashing. Architectural-style asphalt shingles  in the color of Teak, were used. This roof is now ready for another 65 years!
