Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This raised ranch built in 1974 was in need of a roof replacement. Klaus Larsen Roofing started by tearing off one layer of existing roofing materials and replacing 5 layers of damaged plywood decking. Next we installed Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. In terms of shingles, we installed Oakridge Shingles in the color Onyx Black. Lastly we removed and replaced flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing.

Next, we installed 2 rows of Ice & Water Barrier near all eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. We then installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Charcoal Gray. Next, we removed and replaced 4 attic vents and 3 boot vents. We finished by removing and replacing the flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

The owners changed their mind when we visited the job and explained how a 2nd layer would only harm their home without fixing their issues. We fixed their roof by tearing off the old shingles and installing new ice & water barrier and synthetic underlayments. Lastly, the Onyx Black Duration shingles were installed and the owners had their skylights replaced at the same time with new solar powered skylights.
