Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This single family home in Newington, CT was in need of a new asphalt shingle roof. After tearing off one layer of existing roofing material, we replaced all damaged sheets of plywood decking. We then covered the entire roof deck with two rows of ice & water barrier. For new shingles, we installed a Klaus Larsen Roofing System with IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Grey. We finished the job by removing and replacing the existing flashing on the chimney with brand new lead flashing. This house is now complete thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing! 

Original roof was 30 years old and needed new flashing around the chimney that was causing leaks. 

After dealing with recurring roof leaks, Malgorzata decided it was time for a long-term solution for her property in Newington, CT. The roof was approximately 20 years old, and although a small repair had recently been completed near the dining room, a new leak developed in the same area, making it clear that a full replacement was the better investment.
