Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This house was in need of a roof replacement. We started by tearing off 2 layers of existing roofing materials including 30 sheets of plywood decking. We then installed 2 rows of ice & water barrier near all roof eaves, valleys, chimneys etc. in order to protect against leaks. In terms of shingles, we installed Cambridge Architectural Shingles in the color Dual Black. Lastly, we removed and replaced the flashing chimney with brand new lead flashing to further protect against leaking. This house is now complete, thanks to Klaus Larsen Roofing!

This Cape-style home in Middletown, CT was in need of a new roof. We started by removing 2 layers of existing roof materials and replacing 2 sheets of damaged plywood decking. In terms of Gutter Guards, we installed the MicroGuard Gutter Guards by Englert on all existing gutters. We finished by installing the Copper Cat Algae Terminator on the front roof, to prevent the growth of algae, moss, and mold on the roofing materials. Brand new roof put on in Middletown, CT. These homeowners decided to go with asphalt shingles with color, Castle Grey.
